Tour of the Pascetponed Chuck Schumer senator book in the midst of the vote controversy funding
Three book tour events planned by the Chuck Schumer minority senate scheduled for this week were suddenly postponed on Monday morning.
Schumer, promoting his new book “Antisemitism in America: A Warning,” has faced a reaction to the voting for the Government Funding Bill approved by the House of Representatives who avoid closing on Friday. Many Democrats, including progressive, want him to choose to oppose the bill and to further protest the agenda of President Donald Trump and Congress.
Schumer plans an event in Baltimore, New York City and Washington, DC, this week. Protests are planned outside the three events.

A spokesman for Schumer’s book tour told ABC News, “Because of security problems, the Senator Schumer book event is being rescheduled.”
