The judge blocked the prohibition of Trump's Suaka on the southern border

A federal judge in Washington, DC, on Wednesday blocked Trump’s administrative policy which limits migrants that cross the southern border from seeking asylum.

In the 128 -page order, US District Judge Randolph Moss wrote that President Donald Trump could not “adopt an alternative immigration system,” said that Trump had exceeded his legal authority as president.

In the executive order issued in January, Trump stated that the situation on the southern border was an “American invasion” and suspended the ability of migrants to find asylum.

The Supreme Court, in the decision last week, the strength of the judge was limited to blocking the executive order of the President nationally. But in his orders on Wednesday, Judge Moss concluded that “This is one of the rare cases where the relief of compensation is needed.”

Judge Moss said he acknowledged that while the executive branch “faced great challenges in preventing and preventing those who violate the law” to the US, both the constitution and the law of immigration and nationality “giving the president with unilateral authority to limit the alien rights in the United States to submit a request for asylum.”

Judge Federal gave the Plaintiff’s request to legalize the class of all people covered by Trump’s executive order, and still had a 14 -day decision to allow the Trump government to appeal and to “prepare to implement a court order.”

Responding to the decision, Lee Gelernt, a lawyer with ACLU, told ABC News that “Decision interests cannot be exaggerated.”

“The verdict is very important for those who escape the terrible danger and reiterate that the president in our government system cannot only give the back of his hand to the law that was approved by the congress,” Gerernt said.
