Judge Milwaukee Hannah Dugan was charged with Grand Jury on federal charges

The Grand Federal jury has charged a Judge Wisconsin who was arrested and charged last month allegedly assisted in the arrest of immigrants who were not documented.
Milwaukee District Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan has been charged with accusing accusing him of hiding someone from the arrest and blocking the trial before the Department or American agent – the same accusation that he was originally charged with complaints.
He is scheduled to be charged with accusations on Thursday.
Following the indictment on Tuesday, his legal team said in a statement, “As he said after his unnecessary arrest, Judge Dugan confirmed his innocence and hoped to be justified in court.”
The judge was arrested on April 25. Attorney General US Pam Bondi said in a statement at that time that two FBI agents captured Dugan “because they allegedly helped illegal aliens avoid the arrest” with immigration and customs enforcement.

Dugan appeared in the US District Court for the East Wisconsin District after his arrest and was released for his own recognition. If proven guilty, he could face a sentence of six years in prison.
The Supreme Court of Wisconsin suspended the Dugan after his arrest, stated in the order that they found “in the public interest that he was temporarily released from his official task.”
The case came from the arrest of an immigrant who was not documented-Eduardo Flores-Ruiz-April 18, the District Court records showed. Flores-Ruiz was determined to appear in court that day before the Dugan for the pretrial conference in the ongoing case where he had been charged with three charges of minor violations/household harassment.
After studying ICE, officers were present in court to arrest Flores-Ruiz, Dugan allegedly “looked angry” and faced one of the officers, according to a federal complaint that was not sealed after his arrest.
Several witnesses quoted in the complaint were then allegedly said Dugan returned to his courtroom after directing members of the arrest team to the court judge’s office, according to the complaint.
An agent Dea saw Flores-Ruiz and his lawyer in the public hallway of the court building and he seemed to make efforts to avoid arrests, the complaint said. After he was met by the FBI and Dea agents outside the building, Flores-Ruiz “turned around and ran on the road” before he was finally arrested, according to the complaint.
In a post on social media, FBI Director Kash Patel claimed the Dugan “deliberately directed the federal agent from the subject to be arrested in his court building.”
