Trump Claims: Joe Biden especially let the price of eggs out of control – and we work hard to reduce it.
Check facts: Less context.
Although the price of eggs has indeed increased under President Joe Biden, they have recently jumped under Trump too – and that is due to bird flu, which has caused the death of 136 million birds since 2022, according to the American Agricultural Bureau Federation.
While the price of eggs consistently rose due to inflation under the Biden administration, the first significant price increase occurred in 2022, when bird flu began to infect the flock of birds in the price of US eggs rose from $ 1.93 per dozen to $ 4.82 per dozen for only one year, according to data from the Labor Statistics Bureau.
The price is moderated again, returning to the range of $ 2- $ 3 for the rest of the Biden-presidential presidency-but has shot back to the highest record of $ 4.95 this January, once again because of bird flu.

Trump Claims: Trump won the mandate in the election
Check facts: This is in the eyes that see it.
Trump’s victory is clear, but according to historical standards, it is not a landslide.
Trump has a reason to celebrate to win both Electoral College and popular voices. In fact, he became only the second Republican who won a popular vote since 1988, after George W. Bush in the 2004 re -election victory. Trump won each of the seven states of the battlefield which according to political analysts would decide on the election.
In addition, most US districts see their margin shifting towards Trump, both in places where the Republican parties historically do well and places where Democrats generally have advantages. On the other hand, Trump’s victory margin – both in raw voices and in a percentage of 20 of 20 years, even for Trump elections and general elections, when general elections have become regulations, including 2000.
Trump’s victory also came without a big encouragement for Down-Ballot Republicans. The Republican party loses a slight foundation in the DPR, which has been fragmented narrowly, and while the Republican party reverses the Senate, the Democrats won four senate races in the country’s main battlefield even when the former Vice President Kamala Harris lost the countries for Trump.

Trump Claims: “We ended the last crazy electric vehicle mandate, saving our car workers and companies from economic destruction.”
Check facts: Requires context.
There is no electric vehicle mandate imposed by the Biden administration. The Biden Environmental Protection Agency applied the exhaust emission standard last March which set the average emissions permitted in all vehicle fleets offered by vehicle manufacturers.
Standards will only affect cars from the 2027 to 2032 model. Standards are permitted for a series of technologies that can be used, including complete electric cars, hybrids, and better internal combustion engines. Trump did sign the executive order on his first day in the office to revoke this new standard.

Trump Claims: The Paris climate agreement is detrimental to the US “trillions”
Check facts: FALSE.
Trump defended his decision to withdraw from the Paris climate agreement, saying that the pact cost US “trillions of dollars”.
That is not true.
Trump’s administration defended the decision to withdraw from a climate agreement, in part, based on projections by the Nera Economic Consulting consultant. It was concluded that the limitation of fossil fuel emissions will produce higher production costs, and higher production costs will be translated into the closure of uncompetitive manufacturing businesses. The closure, in turn, will mean less manufacturing work.
Consultant estimates that this loss and their knock-on effect outside the manufacturing sector will reach 1.1 million jobs lost in 2025 and 6.5 million in 2040. Loss of jobs resulted in an appropriate decline in gross domestic product, with a loss of $ 250 billion in 2025 which accelerated $ 3 trillion by 2040.
So the climate agreement does not cost trillions of US dollars. Hypothetical can.
But even if that happens, this research says that long -term projections do not take into account all the advantages of work that compensate and GDP growth related to the transition of clean technology.

Trump Claims: Elon Musk found people in a social security system as old as 369
Check facts: This is misleading.
Elon Musk shared the chart at X and said he found millions of people in the social security database above the age of 110, including 1 who was in the 360-369 age bracket.

Elon Musk gave a signal at the gallery on US President Donald Trump’s speech day to the joint session of the congress, in the US DPR Capitol in Washington, DC, March 4, 2025.

Acting Social Security Commissioner said that people who are older than 100 who do not have the date of death related to their social security records “do not have to accept benefits.” The new social security administration data shows that around 89,000 people aged 99 years and over receive payment of social security.
The government database can classify someone as 150 years for a distinctive reason on a complex social security database or because of lost data, but that does not mean that millions of payments are sent cheating to people with unreasonable ages.

Trump Claims: “Gold Card” does not require Congress approval
Check facts: Misleading.
Immigration experts say Trump cannot create a new or deadly green card program that already exists without the actions of the congress.
Trump announced plans to give people permanent permanent residency in the US if they pay $ 5 million. The so -called “gold card” will be similar to a green card because it will allow people to live and work in the US permanently and provide paths to citizenship.
Trump has described this program as a way to cut the US deficit and say it will replace the EB-5 immigrant investor visa program. But he has not given official documents that make the program.
