What to know about ‘No Kings Day’ protests throughout the US to fight Trump’s military parade

Thousands of “No Kings Day” protests will be held throughout the country on Saturday to protest the administration of President Donald Trump and to conduct a military parade program in Washington, DC, marked the 250th anniversary of the US Army.
This is what must be known about protests.
What is the idea behind “No Kings Day”?
“‘No Kings Day’ is the biggest single protest, peaceful in American history recently, consisting of millions of normal daily Americans that appeared in more than 2,000 communities throughout the country to say, ‘We did not do Kings in America,'” Ezra Levin, Thursday.
Inseparable and other organizations involved with coalitions that coordinate protests say that protests are intended to protest what they say is outreach by Trump’s administration in the enforcement of immigration and deportation, civil rights and cutting to the federal government.

They also pointed out how the military parade was held on Trump’s birthday. Trump has denied any relationship Between the time of the parade and birthday, it pointed to how June 14 was the flag day.
The groups that coordinate the protest initially announced the initiative in early May, after the upcoming military parade report, but the organizer said that the protest against immigration enforcement in Los Angeles and the response from the Federal government had encouraged more interests of the incident.
Where and when to protest?
Protest will be held throughout the country and even outside the United StatesWith a mainstay event held in Philadelphia. Levin told ABC News, now there are more than 2,000 planned events “almost everywhere, where except downtown DC -deliberately.”
According to Levin, the organizer did not want to give Trump a reason to repay the peaceful protest at DC or say that the protesters protested the military.
“We are handing over downtown DC Trump can have it for that day, and vice versa, we are organizing literally elsewhere,” Levin said.

What has Trump said about protest?
Asked on Thursday about his thoughts about the protest “No Kings” planned throughout the country for Saturday, Trump said he did not feel like a king.
“I don’t feel like the king. I have to go through hell to get the approved item,” he said.
“A king will say, ‘I will not get this’ … he does not need to call Mike Johnson and Thune and say, ‘Friend, you must do this’ and after years we have completed it. No, no, we are not king, we are not at all the king,” he added, each of them referred to speakers from the US and the majority of the Senate.

Trump, on Tuesday, has threatened to use the “gravity” of every “protesters in the military parade in the country’s capital; Press Secretary of the White House Karoline Leavitt later said that “of course” the president supported peaceful protesters. Protest organizers No Kings continued to emphasize that they did not plan protests in Washington.
Are there security problems about protests?
The organizer has emphasized that protests must remain peaceful and without violence, referring to the various training they have held this week about safety and deescalization.
Levin said there were some concerns about agitators outside who tried to disturb the protest, but he said people should not feel “as if we would fight. Not that happened. This is a peaceful protest. People will have funny signs, people will dance, people will chant, people will reveal rights of their first amendments.
On the recommendation of the Governor of Minnesota, the Walz Team, all “no Kings” events that have not yet taken place are canceled because “individuals who kill members of the Democratic Parliament” are still free, according to the website “No Kings”.
At least two states, Texas and Missouri, said they called national guards in their states as a precautionary act of potential violence on protests on Saturday. The second governor of the country stressed that the peace protest was legal.
Texas Department of Public Security Spokesman Ericka Miller told ABC News that the Capitol and Capitol page was evacuated at 1 pm local time because of a credible threat to members of the state parliament who planned to attend “Protest No Kings. This event should start at 17:00
“We work to overcome the threat,” Miller said.
What happened next?
The events on Saturday were not intended to be the end of all group efforts to protest Trump’s administration, said Levin.
“I think sometimes people think protest should be everything. It must solve all your problems … we need persistent, peaceful, and powerful organization in the land in blue countries, red states and purple countries that allow people to encourage the increase in outreach from this government,” Levin said.
