Trump Administrative Renewal: Officials question the court authority for deportation

Shortly after Trump’s border tsar, Tom Homan stated that he did not “care” what the judge thought, Stephen Miller, Deputy Chief of Staff of Trump for the policy, questioned the authority of the District Court judge to rule the President’s Immigration policy.

I asked Miller whether this government was sure it needed to comply with verbal court orders. He took one step further.

Americans say, to issue these terrorist gangs from our country. “Stabbed violates the law.”

Deputy Chief of Staff of the White House Stephen Miller spoke to reporters at the White House in Washington, March 17, 2025.

The White House has not yet given names that are suspected of being deported gang members or substantial evidence of the crimes they committed in the United States.

I asked Miller why the White House had released images and videos from the people they deported but had not released their names. He quoted the reasons for “operational security”.

“Well, they are actually foreign terrorists and alien enemies of the United States and everything we do is for operational security reasons. We are dealing with one of the most dangerous terrorist organizations on Planet Earth,” he said.

He added, “They are even more cruel and cruel than MS-13, and thus operational security and public security and national security will always guide any decisions made in this matter.”
