The man who is suspected of threatening Trump may be a victim of regulation: Source

The Department of Domestic Security said this week that a migrant in the United States without legal status threatened to shoot and kill President Donald Trump and post what seems to be a threatening letter sent from migrants to US immigration and customs.
Ramon Morales Reyes is suspected of writing that he will shoot and kill Trump in one of the demonstrations and be captured by the ICE agent.
However, some sources of law enforcement now say the authorities are investigating whether the letter was sent by others in an effort to frame it.
Reyes, 54, was submitted to a handwritten test that did not match the handwriting in the letter.
Secretary of Domestic Security Kristi Noem Posted on x After his arrest to praise the agents and say he will “continue to take all the steps needed to ensure President Trump’s protection.”
“Thank you to our ice officer, an illegal alien who threatened to kill President Trump is behind bars,” he added.
Noem has not commented on whether Reyes can be framed.

Reyes was involved in disputes with other men who are currently in prison because they are allegedly physically attacking him, and want to make Reyes deported to avoid testifying him, said the source.
“The threat investigation is ongoing,” a senior DHS official told ABC News when asked about the case. “During the investigation, this person was determined to be in the country illegally and that he had a criminal record. He would still be detained.”
The Milwaukee Police Department, who is investigating the threat, told ABC News that it was “investigating the theft of identity and the victim’s intimidation incident related to this incident.”
An MPD spokesman said the department “would not be able to confirm the names of the parties involved because the investigation was ongoing and no one was charged at this time.”
In an initial press release that heralded Reyes’s arrest, DHS said Reyes was in the country illegally at least nine times and had a cruel criminal history.
“This threat occurred not even a year after President Trump was shot in Butler, Pennsylvania, and less than two weeks after the former FBI Director Comey called for the murder of the President,” Noem words after the arrest of Reyes.
“All politicians and media members must pay attention to repeated efforts about President Trump’s life and reduce their rhetoric,” he added.

The Secret Service, which investigated the threat to the President, referred ABC news to DHS to comment.
That incident first reported By CNN.
It came only last week, Stephen Miller, Deputy Chief of Staff at the White House, was at the ICE headquarters with Noem and urged senior leaders in the ICE and Homeland security investigation to increase their deportation efforts, according to sources who were familiar with the meeting.
The meeting was attended by senior ice leaders and special agents responsible for the investigation of the security of the country. Border Celar Tom Homan was absent from the meeting.
Miller told senior ice leaders that Trump’s administration wanted to multiply the daily number of arrest agents up to 3,000 per day, according to sources.
