Prospects for Diplomacy Red after Trump rejected European efforts in Iran: Analysis

Under the deadline forced by itself to pursue diplomacy with Iran and without direct negotiations with the US in the Cakrawala, President Donald Trump admitted on Friday that the situation in the Middle East seems to have a dead end of the way he will still give the opportunity for Iran to “Conscious.”
“I give them a time period, and I will say two weeks will be maximal,” said the President.

Previously that day, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi completed talks with several colleagues in Europe in Geneva, but reiterated Iran’s request that Israel stopped attacks on the country before being willing to seriously pursue negotiations.
Asked if he would ask the Israelites to refrain, Trump said “It is very difficult to submit the request now.”
“If someone wins, it’s a little more difficult to do than if someone loses,” he said. “But we are ready, willing and able and have spoken to Iran and we will see what happened.”

The president also rejected the talks held in Europe, to minimize low hopes for breakthroughs.
“They don’t help,” Trump said about the discussion. “Iran doesn’t want to talk to Europe. They want to talk to us. Europe will not be able to help in this regard.”
But apart from the president’s claim, Iran has so far rejected the offer to stand from the US to continue nuclear negotiations.

Beberapa pejabat administrasi berpendapat bahwa postur presiden menetapkan panggung bagi Iran untuk akhirnya menyerah – membuat bahwa rezim akan membungkuk di bawah pemboman Israel secara teratur dan akhirnya mundur dari tuntutan utama untuk memperkaya uranium di bawah kesepakatan nuklir baru dengan AS baru dengan AS dengan AS dengan AS dengan AS dengan AS yang baru dengan AS para AS dengan AS baru dengan AS di AS dengan AS dengan AS di AS dengan AS yang baru dengan AS para AS dengan AS di AS dengan AS di AS baru dengan AS di AS dengan AS dengan AS dengan AS dengan US with the US with the US with the US with the US with the US with the US with the US with the US with the US with the US Noclear with the US with the US with the US Noclear with the US with the US with the US with the sound of the US with the US Noclear with the new US Noclear,
They also see that Iran’s leadership is randomized by an attack from Israel and estimates that it might take a few days before logically, it is possible to hold a significant negotiation round with the US
Meanwhile, because of the sharp difference between Israel and America’s assessment of Iran’s nuclear ability has appeared on the forefront, Trump also showed distrust of his own intelligence community, including the Director of his own national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard.

On Friday, Trump was asked about Gabbard’s testimony to the Congress in March that the US considered that Iran did not build nuclear weapons.
“He’s wrong,” Trump said flatly.
Shortly after Trump spoke, Gabbard criticized the news media, posted on X, “America has an intelligence that Iran at the point that he can produce nuclear weapons in a few weeks to several months, if they decide to complete the assembly. President Trump has clearly unable to happen, and I agree.”
The President’s Decree to refrain to hit Iran has frustrated Israeli officials, who personally encourage their cases for US military involvement for months, according to officials who are familiar with this problem.
On the UN Security Council on Friday, Israel’s permanent representative for Danny Danon’s body insisted on his own country.
“This is not only Israel’s battle, it is a world battle. And if no one else will fight it, we will,” he said.

But when Trump reflects on military action and the possibility of its consequences, analysts say that giving extra time may come with his own risk.
“Iran can use the conversation only to buy time in conflict or, the worst, to shift around its nuclear material and run to the bomb, although it might be difficult to fully develop nuclear weapons capabilities in the midst of the ongoing war,” said Heather Williams, Research Director about the problem of nuclear and a senior colleague at the Department of Defense and Security at the Center and International Strategy.
Already, the security of tens of thousands of Americans in the Middle East is already in danger.
According to the Department of Foreign Affairs, has now provided “information and support” to more than 25,000 people who seek guidance on the security situation in Israel, West Bank and Iran.
The department plans to evacuate the government for US citizens in Israel but has warned that it does not anticipate offering direct assistance to Americans in Iran.
