Attorney General Pam Bondi has hinted that the Trump presidential government is intended to execute the manion as part of the president’s encouragement to return the death sentence.
“Notification of the intention to seek the death penalty” is the formal step of the government to inform the court and describe the reasons.
Prosecutor Federal said Mgione deserves the death penalty because of the “impact of the death of the victim on her family, friends and coworkers.”
They also said, “He stated the intention to target the entire industry and gather political and social opposition to the industry, by being involved in acts of deadly violence.”
The prosecutor stated that the choice of site and victim Mijione explained that he tried to “to strengthen ideological messages, maximize the visibility and impact of the murder of victims, and to trigger extensive resistance to the victim’s industry.”
Defenders’ lawyers have summoned the decision to seek the death penalty for “savage” and “political action.”
