4 Killed in an Illinois plane crash, officials confirmed

Four people from Wisconsin were killed on Saturday when their private plane crashed in a field near the airport in the rural Illinois, said the authorities.
The 180G Cessna plane crashed at around 10:15 local time Saturday at the Trilla Community, Illinois, Southeast of the Coles Regency Airport Near Mattoon, according to National Transportation Safety Council (NTSB).
“All my house trembled,” Kynnedi Goldstein, who lives near the accident site, told ABC News.

Goldstein shared the video footage he took after the accident, showed smoke steaming from the ruins, which scattered across the field and two -lane roads.
All occupants of the aircraft were declared dead at the scene, according to the Illinois State Police. The four accident victims originated from Menominee, Wisconsin, around 45 miles northwest of the Green Bay, according to the State Police.
The names of the victims have not been released.

Coroner Coles Regency confirmed that two men and two women were killed in the accident.
The cause of the accident was being investigated by NTSB, who sent a team to Trilla on Sunday. Federal flight administration, which also sent personnel to the scene, helped in the investigation, Agent said.
